This technique gently guides and assists people to understand why we feel
the way we feel when difficulties arise and incorporates tools
and strategies to overcome negativity and hopelessness.
It encourages the restructuring of thoughts and feelings,
restoring will and the ability to take back control of ones life, whilst gently challenging to make positive and beneficial choices that lead to managing life in a calm and happy way.
